Question 1

How do I book a consultation?

Accepted Answer

On the Consult page, filter astrologers by expertise (Vedic, KP, Numerology, Tarot), language, price range or online availability, then choose chat, call or video.

Question 2

What consultation modes are available?

Accepted Answer

Chat, voice call and video call — availability depends on the astrologer. Each astrologer's card shows which modes they currently offer.

Question 3

Can I reschedule or cancel a consultation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can reschedule up to 2 hours before your scheduled time. Cancelling more than 30 minutes before the session refunds 100% to your ASKOMM wallet; cancelling within 30 minutes refunds 50%. If the astrologer cancels or doesn't show up, you get a 100% instant refund to your wallet.

Question 4

What if my consultation gets disconnected?

Accepted Answer

If a call or video session drops due to a technical issue on our end, contact support with your session details — we review these case by case for a wallet credit.
