Please read these terms carefully before using the ASKOMM platform. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ASKOMM platform (website, mobile app, and all associated services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
- ◆You must be at least 18 years of age to use ASKOMM services.
- ◆We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
- ◆Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
2. Our Agreement
ASKOMM provides a technology platform connecting users with independent astrologers, puja service providers, and spiritual product sellers. Our services include:
- ◆Live Consultations with verified Vedic astrologers via chat, call, or video.
- ◆AI-Powered Kundali generation and birth chart analysis.
- ◆Sacred Puja Bookings at temples across India with live streaming.
- ◆Spiritual Shop for certified gemstones, rudraksha, and spiritual items.
- ◆Daily Horoscopes and personalized astrological predictions.
Astrological guidance is provided for informational and spiritual purposes only. It should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
3. Billing & Cancellation
Consultation fees are charged based on the astrologer’s published rate and actual session duration. Payment must be completed before a session begins.
- ◆Wallet System: Add funds to your ASKOMM wallet for seamless payments. Minimum top-up is ₹100.
- ◆Auto-Deduction: Consultation charges are deducted per minute from your wallet balance.
- ◆Subscription Plans: Silver, Gold, and Diamond plans offer discounted rates and priority booking.
- ◆Cancellation: You may cancel subscriptions at any time. Access continues until the current billing period ends.
4. Payments & Refunds
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. All payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment partners.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the ASKOMM platform is owned by or licensed to ASKOMM Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- ◆The ASKOMM name, logo, and brand assets are registered trademarks.
- ◆AI-generated Kundali reports, horoscope content, and spiritual articles are proprietary.
- ◆Astrologer profiles and consultation recordings are confidential and may not be reproduced.
- ◆Users may not scrape, copy, or redistribute any content from the platform without written consent.
6. Disclaimers & Liability
ASKOMM acts as a technology platform connecting users with independent service providers. Important disclaimers:
- ◆We do not guarantee the accuracy of astrological predictions or the outcome of any consultation.
- ◆Astrologers are independent contractors, not employees of ASKOMM.
- ◆Gemstone efficacy claims are based on traditional beliefs and are not scientifically verified.
- ◆To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASKOMM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- ◆Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
