Question 1

How do I create an ASKOMM account?

Accepted Answer

Go to Login and sign up with your email and password, or continue with Google. You'll land on your ASKOMM dashboard once verified.

Question 2

What can I do on ASKOMM?

Accepted Answer

Three things: Consult a verified Vedic astrologer by chat, call or video; generate your Kundali (birth chart) using real Swiss Ephemeris calculations; and explore Spiritual services like daily sadhana.

Question 3

How do I book my first consultation?

Accepted Answer

Go to the Consult page, browse astrologers by specialization, experience and consultation mode, pick one, and choose chat, call or video to begin.

Question 4

Do I need to sign in to generate a Kundali?

Accepted Answer

You can fill in your birth details on the Kundali page without an account, but generating the actual chart requires signing in first — this keeps your birth chart tied to your account so you can revisit it later.

Question 5

Is my personal information safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Birth details and consultation conversations are tied to your account and are not shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
