Question 1

How do I generate my Kundali?

Accepted Answer

Go to the Kundali page and enter your full name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth (search and select from the autocomplete so we capture the exact coordinates). Then sign in to generate your real chart.

Question 2

Why does Place of Birth need to be selected from a dropdown?

Accepted Answer

Your Kundali is computed from your exact birth coordinates (latitude/longitude), not just a city name — selecting from the autocomplete ensures the chart's planetary positions and house calculations are accurate.

Question 3

What if I don't know my exact time of birth?

Accepted Answer

Vedic charts are time-sensitive — even a few minutes can shift house cusps. If you're unsure, check your birth certificate or hospital records; an approximate time will still generate a chart, but house-dependent readings may be less precise.

Question 4

What calculation engine does ASKOMM use?

Accepted Answer

ASKOMM uses Swiss Ephemeris, the same astronomical calculation library used by professional astrology software, for real planetary positions rather than templated results.

Question 5

Where can I view my generated Kundali afterward?

Accepted Answer

Once generated, your Kundali is saved to your account and accessible from your dashboard any time you sign back in.
